Welcome Reception
This is the forum which takes place on the exhibit floor and provides the best networking opportunity for our speakers, attendees, and vendors as well as any VIPs from the local area. Our reception sponsorship is $18,000. The sponsorship includes an 8X10 exhibit space on the floor (with discounted upgrade to larger space, if desired); one conference registration; a full page color ad in the conference program; recognition on website and printed materials, and verbal recognition at the conference.

Medical School Students
In 2011, Dartmouth sponsored ten UCF Medical School students. As you can see, the students were very engaged and added a new dimension to MT3 as they interacted with speakers and the MT3 audience. We will have limited sponsorships available for MT3 2012 as our outreach team engages various medical schools.
